We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Shipping charges are determined by weight and distance traveled from Sacred Glo's™ Florida manufacturing location to you. Charges for shipping are automatically calculated at checkout, where you will have the opportunity to select your carrier/service of choice. At this time, ordering and shipping is offered within the United States and Canada.
Every attempt is made to process your order in a timely manner. Sacred Glo ships Monday-Friday and most items are shipped within 7-14 business days. 100% satisfaction
If you receive damaged goods, please notify us promptly at claims @ sacredglo dot com to file a claim for a replacement. Claims for damaged items must be filed within 5 days from the time you receive your order. Please save the shipping and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. return policy
