One should never confuse whole foods with organic foods – there is a difference. Whole foods can have pesticides and herbicides – organic foods do not. If you choose to switch over to whole food diet, make sure to buy organic whole foods for a healthier experience.

  • By eating a whole food diet the toxicity in your body is lowered as a result of the elimination of added fat, sugar, refined flour, sodium, and other ingredients that can encumber your body.

  • You can also avoid the high cost of supplements by eating whole foods. Your body is getting the majority of the nutrients it needs with a whole food diet. You will find that you need very little by way of supplements when you eat whole foods
